Access to Premises

Clients must provide safe and unobstructed access to the property during the scheduled service hours. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees, as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Accidental Damage

  • In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our team, evoprime will assess the issue and provide a reasonable resolution.
  • Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure that the cleaning area is free from hazards, valuables are stored securely, and pets are managed appropriately.
  • If special cleaning products or equipment are required, Clients must notify evoprime in advance.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

evoprime respects Client privacy and ensures that all personal data is handled securely. We do not store payment information beyond what is necessary to process transactions.

9. Changes to Terms

evoprime reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
