We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to be flexible while ensuring fairness to both our clients and our professional cleaning staff. Please review our policy regarding cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes.
1. Cancellations
- More than 24 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning appointment are eligible for a full refund.
- Less than 24 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee to compensate for lost scheduling time and operational costs.
- No-Show Policy: If our team arrives at the scheduled location and is unable to access the premises or the client is unavailable, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
2. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is free of charge if requested at least 24 hours before the appointment.
- If rescheduling is requested within 24 hours of the scheduled service, it is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
3. Refunds
- Service Quality Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with the cleaning service provided, we will offer a free re-clean within 24 hours. If the issue remains unresolved after the re-clean, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.
- Service Not Provided: If our team is unable to complete the scheduled cleaning due to an issue on our end (e.g., scheduling error, equipment failure), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
- Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be issued for services that have been completed and accepted by the client unless a re-clean request is made within 24 hours.
4. Payment Disputes
- If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without prior communication with our customer support team, a $50 investigation fee will be applied.
- We encourage clients to reach out to us first to resolve any issues before contacting their payment provider.
